What are your delivery charges?
Delivery rates in Nigeria are in our delivery policy.
Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
Some of the devices are covered under a manufacturer warranty which is one year. Any item damaged by power surge, over voltage, under voltage and other power related issue are not covered by warranty.
Consumables and accessories are not covered by warranty.
How can I pay for my order?
You can either pay online with your card or pay into our bank account.
What happens if i don’t get my order after paying for it?
Call us or simply send us an email and we would track your order for you. Worst case scenario we would send out a fresh order or give you a full refund.
