Refund Policy

If you have a problem or issue with your order kindly send back with the delivery attendant and please give us a call on 08081401400 or email info@microchips.com.ng

You must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame we would not be able to process any returns or refunds. All products must be returned to the address provided to you via email.

Items not Eligible for return

1. Item that have been tampered with and original package torn or damaged or opened and assembled by authorized personnel without permission.
2. Item with tampered or missing serial numbered or Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
